Ya Allah, mohon sabarkanlah hati aku.
Petang2 mcm ni di tempat kerja, mcm panas je hati ni lepas apa yang berlaku tadi.
Tapi aku tak mau la citer apa yang berlaku tadi. Walaupun beliau cuba menasihati tapi aku kira ia tak memberangsangkan sedikit pun. Akhirnya aku kena fikir sendiri jalan penyelesaian nak siapkan menatang nih.
Apa2 pun aku punye kisah hari ini 'Workgroup and Coperation' dalam melaksanakan apa2 projek pembangunan software mahupun web (aka Software or Web Development Project)
Dalam pengalaman aku bekerja sebagai software engineer, PHP Developer dan Programmer selama nak dekat 4 tahun ini sangat2 la bermakna kepada aku. Pengalaman yang terbaik semasa aku bekerja di Wangsa Maju setahun dahulu.
They have RnD and work together as a great team in every project. And I am very honour to be one of that team. Yeah, I miss them so much eventhough I choose to be this way.
Actually, my point is, in software or web development project team the most important is DISCUSSION. Yes, communication also very important. But a detail dicussion about certain project is very very important in term of requirements process, architecture, database sturcture, programming structure, and so many things need to know and understand by every team member. Kalau takde menda2 ni semua, Programmer pun terkulat2 sendiri nak buat kerja macam mana seolah macam takde guidance yang proper. Silap hari bulan bos kata, kita buat coding ikut sedap hati sendiri. Aku tak mau la nak syok sendiri. Aku pun nak juga orang lain paham macam mana nak pakai system tu...
Aku bukan nak belagak ke apa. Tapi apa yang aku belajar kat U dulu sedikit sebanyak membantu memahami Software Engineering Process and Deployment dalam alam pekerjaan aku sekarang.
Jadi, janganlah pandang remeh menda2 discussion dalam Development Project nih. Fikirlah macam mana programmer nak bekerjasama kalau programmer sendiri tak tau apa requirements and architecture sebenar.
Well, I hope I can handle the heat. And I try must best till the end...
